1. Authorize the School Board Attorney to retain outside counsel to file a Petition for Writ of Mandamus and any other warranted lawsuit against the Clay County Board of County Commissioners

2. Authorize the School Board Attorney to draft a letter to the Clay County Supervisor of Elections to place on the ballot for the November 4, 2014 general election a question regarding the appointment of the Clay County Superintendent of Schools
